Ballroom
Banquet/Conference/Party/Event Hall
The Ballroom consists of the welcome/cocktail area with the bar, and the main dining/seating area. The floor starts as a blank slate and can be set up any number of ways with the furniture we have available.
It is equipped with a hanging projector and large screen on the west end of the room, and internal speakers which can be hooked up to any iPod/MP3 player/laptop.
For audience seating it can accommodate approximately 120 people.
For a sit-down dinner it can accommodate up to 100 people.
For a party or informal cocktail it can accommodate up to about 150 people.
This room is available for bookings any time.
Room 403
This boardroom is set up with a large rectangular table with 12 seats. The room is set-up with a chalkboard. Additional seating is available around the room.
Room 404
This boardroom has a default set-up with a large rectangular table with 16 seats.It can be arranged for audience seating with a capacity of approx. 30 people. It has a projection screen at one end of the room, and a projector is available upon request.
Room 405
This boardroom has a default set-up with a rectangular table with 10 seats. it can be rearranged to sit approximately 20-25 people audience style
Room 406
This boardroom has a default set-up with a large rectangular table with 16 seats.It can be arranged for audience seating with a capacity of approx. 30 people. It has a large whiteboard at one end of the room.
Martha Crago Lounge
This lounge on the main floor can be booked for gatherings of approximately 20-35 people. This room is not available for bookings on Thursday or Friday afternoon/evenings during the school year, nor for bookings starting after 5pm on Wednesdays.
Corner Lounge
This lounge on the main floor can be booked for gatherings of approximately 20-35 people. This room is not available for bookings on Thursday or Friday afternoon/evenings during the school year, nor for bookings starting after 5pm on Wednesdays.
Back Lounge
This lounge on the main floor can be reserved for groups of 15 to 20 people. It is not available for bookings starting after 5pm on Thursday or Friday evenings.
Basement Lounge
The basement lounge is only available for bookings from 3:30pm on-wards, Monday to Friday, and any time on weekends.
The basement consists of four connected rooms, two of which are not generally included when booking the space as the two main rooms can be closed off from the others.
The default setting in the basement is with café tables and chairs. The main space, with the bar, can be rearranged to accommodate up to about 60 people with audience seating.
The two main rooms can host up to about 60 people for a party/cocktail type event. When all four rooms are booked, the basement can hold up to about 100 people for a party.
