Equity and the Media Conference

Saturday, March 26th, 10am-4pm
Thomson House ballroom (2nd floor)

This conference will provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to present their primary research, answer questions and engage in general discussion with their peers. Each session will be chaired by a McGill professor or graduate student. Two panels will include the presentation of equity-related research by seven students while a third panel will discuss the impact of Maclean magazine’s “Too Asian” article last fall which labeled Canadian universities as “too” Asian.

Both events are free and open to the McGill community as well as to the public. Thanks go out to our generous supporters: PGSS, Queer McGill, Media@McGill, the SSMU Campus Life Fund, and the McGill Alumni Association.
